Robots Of 'Battlestar Galactica' The Battlestar Galactica films and TV programs feature a number of robots, as described below.

	Cylons
	The  Cylons are the sworn enemies of the human race. The character 'Apollo' described the Cylons as follows: "They're machines created by living creatures a long, long time ago... a race of reptiles called Cylons. After a while the Cylons discovered humans were the most practical form of creature in this system. So they copied our bodies, but they built them bigger and stronger than we are. And they can exchange parts so they can live forever... There are no more real Cylons. They died off thousands of yahrens ago, leaving behind a race of super-machines, but we still call them Cylons." Organised as a military hierarchy, the Cylons fall into two main groups:   Cylon Centurions IL Series Cylons These are the warriors of the Cylon forces, and resemble humanoids wearing silver battle armour. Their catchphrase: "By your command!" These are the highly intelligent 'commanders' of the Cylon forces, and are apparently built in the likeness of the original Cylon species. The IL series include Lucifer, Spectre and the Imperious Cylon Leader.
	Muffet
	Muffet is a 'cute' (you've got to be joking) dagget (a robot dog) built for young Boxey, when his pet dog was killed during a conflict with the Cylons. Oh dear !
